Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
The Paraplegic Home offers restorative group rehabilitation and individual treatment. A 24-hour care and attention is provided in certain periods. A varied hotel entertainment program is available too. Trips to the coastal sights and the surrounding area are occasionally available, as well as possibility to attend performances or concerts. For all those who prefer to be creative, creative workshops are available – making greeting cards, jewelry, gardening and much more. You can enjoy the fresh air while sitting and admiring the sea, and children can play safely on the playgrounds in the park.
Restaurant
Our comfortable and spacious restaurant is located in the main reception building. Allow us to pamper you with Mediterranean seasonal dishes and products from local providers and selected wines.
Weather permitting, delicious meals are also served on the outdoor terrace.
Rehabilitation center
In our rehabilitation center, guests can enjoy massages, pain therapies, exercises, group exercises, motomed and stand therapy. Each guest is treated individually and receives our full attention as it is important that we walk the path of rehabilitation together. As a part of the rehabilitation center, the seawater pool and the sauna are available to our guests.
Excursions
We also organize trips to nearby sights. Together we can visit Koper, Izola, Piran, Portorož or Sečovlje salt pans. You can also visit Postojna Cave, Lipica Stud Farm or admire the frescoes in the Hrastovlje church.
